Accommodation Services
The BVCB operates a free online accommodation booking service
for conference delegates This service is available to all
conference organizers and by using the system, delegates can avail
of competitive room rates negotiated with accommodation providers
in the city.
The service, which is fully flexible, can help save time for
both organizers and delegates and gives the following
advantages:
- Each conference has its own unique accommodation booking page
on which the organization/association can place their logo and
conference summary
- Organisers can select the accommodation they wish the Bureau to
negotiate rates with
- Accommodation can range from campus style to 5* hotels
The system allows delegates to amend or cancel their reservation
up to six weeks prior to the conference. To find out more about how
