The Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau has established a strong working relationship with accommodation providers across the City and Greater Belfast Area, we have over 40 members within the accommodation provision sector who work with us on a daily basis participating in our web-based accommodation reservation service on www.conferencebookings.co.uk . This is offered free of charge to all groups organising a conference or meeting in the City. The online accommodation system allows the Belfast Convention Bureau to manage all accommodation needs for delegates. Making it hassle free for conference organisers. Conference organisers establish the initial contact and they then publish the link to the system for use by their prospective delegates; the individual delegate makes his or her accommodation booking directly with the provider and the system offers a time saving resource and cost effective tool for both hotel and delegate. Conference delegates booking through this site will receive a free Belfast theme gift and 15% discount from the Belfast Welcome Centre.

BVCB sources accommodation rates and allocations from members and uploads the information onto the system for viewing by delegates. www.conferencebookings.co.uk is a secure site using 128 bit encryption which displays a padlock in the user’s browser.
