Conferences and meetings are not always about large numbers; and
planning any conference or meeting may call for one or more private
lunches or dinners for small groups of up to 75 people. These
smaller events demand as much care and attention to detail as do
the larger events and often require more involvement on the part of
an organiser and may consume more time than expected.

We are often asked to provide a large conference group with a
unique private dining experience and in this instance we can help
you plan a tried and tested ‘dine around’ evening in which
different groups of delegates are directed to various diverse
restaurants around the city; the result is a dynamic experience
that is different for each group and the resulting discussions and
comparisons on the morning after can provide a tantalising and
exciting element to your conference.
