Team Building Activities

Team BuildingBuilding a strong and close knit team is a key development step in the growth of any organisation. Finding the right location and the correct partner to assist in bringing this to fruition in the way that you wish is a fundamental to the success of your plan. We, here in Belfast, have all the elements necessary to contribute to the success and growth of your team. As a city destination we could not be more suited; the natural amenities of sea, mountain and unspoilt landscape are all located within 25 – 30 minutes of the city centre; team members will therefore not be expected to sit for interminable hours on bus or train getting to the chosen destination.

The choice of activities available is both extensive and exciting and should help cement even the most fragmented group, honing them into a sleek working unit that are both social and dynamic together: canoeing, abseiling, mountain biking, equipment hire, kayaking, sea kayaking, raft building, rock climbing, guiding, canyoning, bouldering, archery or coasteering are just a sample of the adventure activities available.

Offroad four wheel driving and ocean going yachting are two of the more dynamic activities that will take your group out into the great outdoors and pit them against the environment in situations that demand both mental agility and physical stamina. The countryside around Belfast is ideal horse country and this is a popular activity for many groups. Then there is the fresh open air in which to hang glide, parachute and microlite and the ultimate challenge must be learning to fly; all of these add a second dimension to the task of team building in Belfast. And we still haven’t talked about bowling, ten pin or green, ice skating, golfing, archery or mountain walking.

A popular team building exercise with many of our members is treasure hunting, either on foot, on horseback, by bicycle or by car; this can be done through the city or through the countryside finishing with an open air barbecue to sate the well earned hunger of all.
