Team Building Locations

Team building is about motivation; it’s about developing bonds of trust, loyalty and confidence. We believe that location is a major factor in motivating any team and just as important in the delivery of the message is the location in which it is presented. We have members who specialise in building teams; they will assess your company ethos and consider your objectives and then while developing a programme that is tailor made to suit your needs they will select a location in which to deliver the most effective programme and which matches the temperament of your people.

Belfast is first and foremost accessible; with two modern airports, a ferry port and deep water harbour plus a motorway infrastructure that flows. The city is surrounded on the most part by hills and sea and these natural amenities are all within thirty minutes of the city centre. Team building groups can be accommodated in the city centre or in the Greater Belfast area and still enjoy both the city and the countryside; few European cities can still offer this benefit without allowing for tedious travel arrangements from city to rural location or vice versa.

Offering a rural location is of course a benefit to be enjoyed; offering a rural location of stunning natural beauty is a huge motivational factor and one which will resonate with team members long after the event is successfully completed. Castle Ward is located just 30 minutes from Belfast and this magnificent National Trust property is one location that is used for team building; a short distance away but the same distance from the city Castlewellan is situated in the glorious Mournes; both locations are just a sample of the opportunities available should you decide to choose Belfast as your base for building your dynamic team and the benefit that positively touches your bottom line is that the beauty of these locations comes at no additional cost.
