New Cathedral Quarter Hotels

Culzean Holdings plans to open a 169-bedroom hotel with architecture in keeping with the Cathedral Quarter’s historic nature, behind St .Anne’s cathedral. The proposed hotel will be the first Ramada Encore in Northern Ireland, representing an investment of £20m. Construction is scheduled to begin this month, with opening planned for April 2008.

Work has begun with the building of the new Golden Tulip hotel, which is due to open early in 2007. The hotel will have 129 rooms with 40 more to be added at a later date.
